We use before we sell, some of the products that we generally buy tend to be less useful and people usually end up with the products they do not want or have a different expectations from the product. Being a hobbyists I personally test each and every product we are selling in our stores, either it be a high-end light or a small piece of accessories. I have used all of them and tested them personally. Not all the products may satisfy you, so do your research before buying anything online, products we sell are not returnable until or unless it has manufacturer defect or is damaged during the transport for which the customer has to provide an unboxing video on our support contact number.
